Use these tips to get your quit started!

Make a List List your reasons to quit. Keep them in mind through tough times.

Get Support Build a quit team: your friends, family, doctor, dentist. Let them know you’re quitting, so they can support you.

Set a Date Set a quit date. Mark your calendar, and let everyone know.

Identify Triggers Tune in to your triggers. Plan other things you can do at those times.

Switch It Up Make your quit day different and special. Change your routine, exercise, drink lots of water and do something to celebrate.

Power Through Don’t give in to cravings. These usually last for only 3-5 minutes. Find something to occupy your time, your hands or your mouth.

Stand Tall Be prepared to slip or relapse. A slip doesn't have to be a fall, so don't give up. You can do it!
